      FREE US Postal Service Standard Shipping On All U.S. Orders Over $75.00 USD. International and Express shipping rates still apply.  See below for rate information.  We ship all orders from the US.


      DharmaShop uses the US Postal Service for most packages.  USPS Mail is 3-5 business days to most U.S. locations.  Expedited shipping through the USPS is available and can be selected online when placing your order.  

      We are in the warehouse shipping orders weekdays until 3PM EST.  No orders are shipped Saturday and Sunday.  Please allow additional handling time for international packages and larger items.  Express Mail packages are shipped before 1PM EST on business days.  You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email the day your order has shipped.  


      A signature may be required upon delivery of Express packages.  Our standard Express mail rates apply.  Express packages are shipped by 1PM EST the next business day.

      TRACKING NUMBERS with Express only:

      Only USPS Express mail and Global Express packages will include a tracking number via email.  Our shipping methods for standard shipping do not include a tracking number.


      International shipping time estimates:

      Standard Air Mail Shipping (min. 10-14 days, not guaranteed)
      Global Priority (5-9 Days) 
      Global Express (3-5 Days Guaranteed, with tracking)

      All of our orders ship from inside of the U.S.  We ship to every continent.  Our standard International shipping is via USPS Air mail.  Your order can be upgraded to Global Priority or Global Express for an additional fee. Packages weighing over one U.S. pound may require additional shipping.  If additional shipping rates are required we will send you an email quote for your approval prior to shipping.  Please be sure to include a valid email address with your order.  Most international packages ship within 2-3 business days.

      Orders to Mexico - due to recent Mexican shipping delays and postal losses, we have removed the First Class shipping option for orders shipping to Mexico.  The two shipping options available are USPS Global Priority and USPS Global Express mail.  We strongly recommend selecting Express Mail delivery service for the best security.  This will include signature confirmation and detailed tracking information for your package. 

      Standard air mail to most European addresses takes approximately 10-14 business days.  All other destinations take between 12-18 business days.  It may be necessary to contact your local Post Office for package delivery information if you have not received international deliveries before. Some packages require signature release from Customs.

      Additional delivery delays can occur pending in-country Customs inspections and security warnings. We do our best to complete International Customs forms accurately and legally with consideration for the recipient.  Gifts will be labeled as such and are often not subject to import duties. Addressee is responsible for all duties and import regulations.  Please familiarize yourself with your country's import laws and regulations prior to importing items (there are often restrictions on jewelry or unusual materials).

      If you are awaiting delivery of an international package and delivery seems delayed please contact your local postal office.  Most often packages are awaiting signature release at a local postal office and the addressee was not properly notified.


      We ship all packages through the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.  Rates in USD.  Please use our rate calculator on the shopping cart page for your order's actual shipping cost.

      Orders up to $75.00 USD - $5.95
      Orders over $75.00 USD - FREE

      Priority and Express Mail is also avialable on all orders.

      We Accept Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, mail-in checks, money orders, and Paypal.

      Please use our up-to-date, 100% Secure Server for all orders.  Check-payment orders will receive a confirmation number and mailing instructions.  Be sure to include your order number with any check payment or correspondence.


      We understand how difficult is can be to choose personal items online.  You are welcome to return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Refunds do not include original shipping cost (regardless of whether shipping was paid on original invoice).

      You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (10-14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

      We'll notify you via the e-mail on your original order of your refund once we've received and processed the return.

      We also offer restringing services.  We will restring most malas, whether purcahsed from DharmaShop or otherwise.  Over time and with use, every mala will need maintanence and repairs.  We can help do the work for you, with you, or provide some of the supplies or know-how.  Please let us know if your mala was purchased from DharmaShop and has been damaged or worn out prematurely.  We are here to help!
